  • We share information only with the vendors who help us run the business: QuickBooks (invoicing), Google Drive (file delivery), Mailchimp (email marketing, only if you opt in), and Gracenote/CDDB (project metadata, only if you opt in). We do not sell your information.
  • Our site does not use Google Fonts or similar third-party font services that can track visitors. Fonts are hosted directly on our own server.

When you use our forms — including the Order Form, Proof Approval Form, and IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) Form — we may collect:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Billing and shipping address
  • Company or band name, and project details
  • Licensing documentation you upload through the IPR Form, which may include information about third parties such as co-writers, band members, or other rights holders that you submit as part of your licensing proof

We do not collect payment card numbers or bank account details. Payments are made through ACH, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal, which are customer-initiated transfers handled entirely within those services.

2. Why We Collect It

We use this information to:

  • Send marketing emails, but only if you’ve opted in
  • Process and fulfill your order
  • Communicate with you about your project
  • Prepare invoices
  • Verify licensing and rights ownership where required
3. Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate:

  • QuickBooks — invoicing and bookkeeping
  • Google Drive — file delivery

6. Cookies & Tracking

We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Our website fonts are self-hosted (via OMGF) rather than loaded from Google Fonts or similar services, so visiting our site does not send your data to third-party font providers.
