From quote to finished project – here’s what to expect.

2. Get Your Instant Quote

Use our quote calculator to price your project — format, quantity, packaging, options. No phone tag, no waiting.

3. Submit Your Order

Complete the online order form. Your deposit invoice follows, and production begins once it’s paid.

4. Send Us Your Files

After your order form is received, you’ll get simple instructions for uploading your master and artwork — separately or together, whenever each is ready. Along with your master, you’ll also complete the IPR form confirming your rights to the project. Artwork goes in our templates per our design specs; masters follow our mastering specs.

5. Approve Your Proof

You’ll receive a PDF proof of your artwork before anything prints. Review it carefully — once you approve, we’re off to production. (Vinyl orders also receive test pressings for audio approval.)

6. We Manufacture

Your project goes to production — replication, duplication, or pressing, with quality control at every stage — once your proof is approved and your IPR form is submitted and cleared. Typical turnarounds after proof approval: 7–10 business days for short-run duplication, 15-18 business days for replication, and 6 weeks for vinyl.

6. Your Order Ships

Any overrun balance is invoiced before shipping, then your finished product is on its way. Need part of it faster? Ask about expedited partial shipments.
