All cardboard packaging is printed on thicker board stock than standard manufacturing. Jewel case inserts and DVD wrap packaging use FSC-certified paper, so your project looks and feels as good as it sounds.

Full color jackets on thick board stock, printed sleeves, gatefolds, and upgrade options including foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, and die-cutting.

Records & Packaging

Every order includes lacquer cutting, test pressings, full color labels, and assembly. All records pressed at 140 grams, with 180 gram and colored vinyl upgrades available.

Single Jacket

Full color cardboard jackets printed on sturdy 350gsm stock, with a full square foot of canvas for your artwork.

Gatefold Jacket

Double the canvas for your artwork — ideal for double LPs, lyric spreads, and full-bleed photography.

DVD Case

The recognized standard for retail DVD packaging — a durable case in black, clear, or white with a full color wrap sheet, giving you nearly unlimited space for artwork. Add folders up to 8 panels or booklets up to 24 pages. Wrap sheets and inserts printed on FSC-certified paper.

DVD Digipak

A premium cardboard package with a built-in plastic tray. Choose 4, 6, or 8 panels — with options for extra pockets, multi-disc trays (up to 4), folders up to 8 panels, and booklets up to 24 pages. Perfect for CD-DVD combo sets

DVD Wallet

A sturdy, plastic-free foldout package in 4 or 6 panels with a printed side spine. Add pockets, folders, or booklets for instructional content, promotional materials, or your full story. Mailer style available.

DVD Jacket

Go green and save green — a sturdy, plastic-free 5″ jacket with full color printing that protects your disc while keeping mailing weight (and cost) to a minimum.

Customize any jacket with foil stamping, spot UV, embossing, die-cutting, matte varnish, or reverse board stock.

What We Need From You

1. Choose your packaging

Pick single or gatefold jackets, then download the matching template for your designer.

2. Prepare your files

Audio Master — Two single-sided WAV files: one for Side A and one for Side B, each with your desired gaps between songs built in. See audio master requirements

Artwork — Must be placed in our templates before submitting. See design specs.

3. Submit your order form

Complete the online order form — this also includes the required IPR (intellectual property rights) form.

4. Upload your files

Once your order form is received, you’ll receive instructions for uploading your audio masters and artwork.
