CD & DVD Replication
Professional CD & DVD replication starting at 500 units. Audiophile-grade discs and premium packaging that set your project apart.
Why Groove House?
Superior Sound Quality
Our CDs are manufactured with an up to 6.9-second injection mold cycle — significantly longer than the industry standard — producing denser, more accurate discs praised by audiophiles and serious listeners.
Premium Packaging
All cardboard packaging is printed on thicker board stock than standard manufacturing. Jewel case inserts and DVD wrap packaging use FSC-certified paper, so your project looks and feels as good as it sounds.
Studio-Grade Glass Mastering
Every replication order starts with a glass master — the gold standard for accuracy and consistency across your entire run, from the first disc to the last.
Packaging Options
Choose the packaging that fits your project. Bulk CD & DVD duplication is also available.
Jewel Case

The classic — and still one of the most cost-effective ways to package your CD. With tray card and printed inserts ranging from 2–12 panel folders to 8–28 page booklets. All printed on FSC-certified paper.
CD Digipak

A premium cardboard package with a built-in plastic tray. Choose 4, 6, or 8 panels — with options for extra pockets, multi-disc trays, folders up to 12 panels, and booklets up to 28 pages.
CD Wallet

A sturdy, plastic-free foldout package in 4 or 6 panels, with a printed side spine so your release stands up in any collection. Add pockets, folders, or booklets for more room to tell your story.
CD Jacket

A slim, plastic-free option with full color printing, front and back. Perfect for EPs, promos, and mailers — excellent disc protection at a weight that keeps mailing costs down.
